Yoga is great for the body, mind & heart.

This six-week series will teach you how to stay healthy, calm & happy.

You will learn safe breath & movement practices to help reduce stress & live your best life.

  • Welcoming space & all abilities welcome.

  • Options & modifications for all bodies.

  • Small group classes & one-on-one attention.

  • Playful & experienced teachers.

  • All equipment & yoga chairs provided.

  • No experience necessary!

All workshops are accessible to 14+ years old & run by vibrant facilitators who are highly experienced in their creative art practice.

NDIS payment options are available & venues are wheelchair accessible.
